Think anti-solutions

Ask the question: "How can this problem become even worse than it is now?". By looking at how to make the problem worse you might identify the mechanism that, turned around, could lead to improvements. You will see what to avoid, for example certain categories of customers, who does not appreciate the kind of service that you provide. Could that information be useful for your marketing or your customer service?
