Paul Pairet, a celebrated Shanghai chef, created the ultimative dining experience in his Ultraviolet Restaurant. Audio visual technology is included to appeal to all five senses. The “psycho-taste” of the diner determines the ingredients of the experience, and there is a subtle coordination with the meal so as to establish an extraordinarily memorable event. The meal is taken in a windowless room in a secret location, and the chef controls every element of 20 course dinner.
